  7. Always ask questions related to the topic and candidate’s career.
  8. Don’t ask silly questions.
  9. Be a good negotiator for compensation.
  10. Always get back to the unsuccessful candidate through any source for thanking them for their interest and time.
  11. Have Patience and control anger.
  12. Last but not the least you should be good at accessing the candidate.
